Reason: unable to download archive:

This can pop up at any time.

Usually closing the game and starting it again is enough to fix it.

Should this not fix it for you, try clearing out your cache folder. You find it under :

My Documents\Sparkplay Media\Sparkplayer (Beta)\cache

Delete everything you see in the Cache Folder.

This will cause the game to download all of the game data like regions and objects again, so your initial loading time will be long.
